Mainly the Brokerage is for me just to sell the properties that we fix and flip and save the commission.

I’m currently selling my main house and wanted to house hack but the only multi family properties coming on the market are like $1.2 million for a duplex and it just doesn’t math :/ Home prices here have always seemed to be higher than most areas. 

At this point, from what I've seen, there hasn't been enough demand from the market to push cities or counties to put up any serious hurdles to slow it down.

I'm fine with doing some minor fixes and improvements to a property: Adding overhead lighting/fans, better flooring, maybe redoing a main bathroom.
