This property is in the mountains and has electric heat, so the main bill comes in the winter when the heat is running.  

I think the main issue here, is not working with a trusted broker. 1 bad review will ruin a small broker shop's reputation.

Looking at southern Maine right now, hopefully expanding after we get some momentum.
