Hey all,What are the most efficient marketing strategies for finding qualified leads besides cold calling and print mail?

Send it both via registered mail to the last known address (ie your property unless they gave you a forwarding address) and email it. 

Unfortunately, my lovely co-tenant refused to vacate and continues to threaten the landlord- filing “remedy and repair “ , contacting neighbors, calling him slumlord, opening his private mail — psycho full steam ahead.

Inbound includes channels like PPL, PPC, direct mail, radio, and TV, where sellers contact you because of your marketing.

@Collin H.Someone once asked me where to mail a check, when I gave them my address they were asking which letters are and are not capitalized for the envelope…

@Omri AvitalIf you used to be a wholesaler and have experience finding off-market deals keep hitting the pavement either cold calling or sending direct mail till you find a deal that works.

Can/should I share this PO Box for the mailing address for all my LLCs?
