Hello BP fam,I'm planning on upgrading my flooring from carpet to some sort of laminate/vinyl/hybrid flooring - both for personal (allergy) purposes in the short-term, and for re-sale in the long term (6mo+).

I'd love to move into another fixer upper for two years so we could flip tax free or live in for long enough to use our FHA loan.

Also underwrite deals as if they were going to be a long term rental and then work up to an STR.

Other local lenders I have used recently do not have very favorable terms. 

We would lend 75% of the as-is appraisal on step 1 which is a short term bridge loan. 

A wrinkle in this story, in terms of what is owed, would of course be if you re-rented the property on the 17th, but I would suspect that's not the case.
