Do you and your husband have any kind of long term strategy in mind?

The property will do very well over the long term.

We already have a few mid-term booking requests so just as I thought, my vision of what's possible is coming to reality. 

I would like to add 2 - 6 container living houses for short, mid or long term rental.

My exit strategy is to refinance into a Longterm USDA loan, after the Tax Map Key is issued in 10-24months.I plan on farming crops on the land.

I’ve been a real estate investor since 2015, owning and managing multiple multifamily properties and running a short-term rental business in Cape Cod, the Lakes Region of NH, and the Berkshires.

For example if one partner added a long-term rental in one party completed a rehab and flip, please properties we need to be filed.

They said they'd accept a 6 month term instead, but they're not being very forthcoming about what their sales record has been (I asked for the last 12 months just to get an idea, but they ignored the question :( ) and I'm getting a not-so-great feeling about working with them....The home is 2-stories, attached garage, 4bd 3ba, 2269 sqft and sits on a corner lot with a huge backyard (lot is approx .13 acres or 5662.8 sqft).

I am interested in potentially buying a trailer park as the investment is in the land and the tenants rent the lot, bringing their own asset (mobile home) to the location and typically, they stay for the long term. any invoice for a new real estate investor trying to get into this business?
