A "professional" tenant can draw out an eviction and and strip anything of value from the home, costing you tens of thousands without batting an eye.There are stories of people living in a home for over a decade without paying a dime.

They are signing up because they want to be a billionaire and follow in the footsteps, which is literally insane to think you can do that with SubTo.

There's literally only the one property in my market currently where I see a decent cash flow so I think I need to consider buying it sooner than later.

But…When real estate literally takes less than 2 hours a month for me.

Guns done kill  people do.. well sub 2 does not kill sellers the people that do sub 2 with bad intent with not enough money etc etc they are the ones killing the sellers the sub 2 is just the vehicle that led to financial mortality for sellers in a sub 2 gone bad scenario.. and U cant have thousands of students who you know for certain have neither the capital or character to pull these off safely for the Seller..

And yet 1000’s, 10’s of thousands, maybe millions of people invest in those areas.

@Mark Cruse I can't quite tell if you're joking (so just excuse me for being too literal) but giving tenant reviews is via the platform from which they booked your place.

I have exact the same situation as Chris, I bought the properties from CR of Maryland, and I lost of ten of thousands dollars and their property management team are a really big mess and incompetent, it feels much better after switch to RPM. 

We are not at the stage yet where you should spend tens of thousands of dollars on an attorney filing a lawsuit or requesting arbitration.

You wouldn’t magically have access to hundreds of thousands of more dollars if your credit score was 20 points higher  TLDR: You aren’t being harmed at all by being 780 instead of 800+.
