It's oftentimes the small details that get overlooked - light switches, lighting, trims, closet doors, and if applicable fireplace mantel...Also don't forget about picking a harmonious color palette!

I would also add some motion sensor lights to help discourage people from trying to break in / make them re-think breaking in.

Our traditional tenants handle small things like a light bulb out or running toilet but it's a something we handle for our PadSplit homes.
