I am looking at moving my company to PR... that said, can you please provide your thoughts (brief and high level is fine) re: PR real estate market?

It may be required if the living area on the main level is over basement apartments as well.

Risk level is insignificant when you properly operate your business as others have mentioned.

I wish my foundation was as solid as the advice here :D  I don't think bringing the house to level is a good idea because I'm going to start cracking drywall, changing cabinets and countertops, etc etc. 

What is there to get the population stimulated, that was my fear.All really great points to consider , weigh them out..... and see where the comfort level is. 

Im a go getter, take serious pride in my work, and I want to go to the next level.  I

However, there is always risk going from a known to an unknown and I don't know what your education/experience level is.

All high level thinking but the key at ground level is that all of the above keep your tax dollars making a return for you and don't have to leave your pocket.

When dealing with private owners who are renting their personal residence, once in a while, rather then professional hosts, my expectation level is different.
