Just wanted to comment that Ty has stepped in and shown great leadership and management skills.

Leadership that's not afraid to stand by unpopular beliefs - getting elected has turned in to a full time job.

I have been happy to do the sign-in sheets and mailing list for our Central Oregon Bigger Pockets Meetup, but Im reluctant to take over Karens leadership roll as well.

I do not feel this fund is well managed and their leadership is out of touch with reality.
