I work both sides since DHCS likes my company paying them by either by opening probate and providing the liquidity or working I conjunction with Department of Justice. 

Had the opportunity to ask the judge if there were any backlogs in the Justice of the Peace Court that handles evictions.

If you take the legal route,  I suggest taking it to small claims court also known as justice of peace court since the amount is under $20k.

If a criminal case isn't also underway I'll lose all faith in the justice system.

First to settle this lien issue then to get Justice.

Yes, sometimes is a really uncomfortable situation but at the end we have to act with honesty doing the right thing to do following justice, so we can do our job in the most responsable way! 

I've also been talking to someone out of state who was ripped off pretty badly by a well known local wholesaler, and trying to help that person towards justice. 

@Kendra Justice Regarding Naples, both the City of Naples, as well as Collier County both have ordinances in place completely restricting STR's.
