I find their online system to be intuitive and it offers enough functionality that I can do what I need.

To some degree this trend of simply buying 12% paper for the sake of 12% seems counter-intuitive if you loose all the interest income plus some when you have to make advances to deal with the default and the property is over leveraged.  

Its pretty intuitive.

Don't pay for overpriced courses, unless your intuition tells you to.
