Internet has been down in many areas and cell service is spotty. 

I've seen some simple templates circulating the internet and this is nothing alike.

Unfortunately, I am not hearing it in the two markets I am concentrating on-- Smokies & Austin.

(I find BP to be the most helpful community on the internet)

About 8 satellite dishes hung off the outside all over the place, and many tenants each paid for their own cable internet/TV account.

I'm losing a ton of dough in AVAF2- I wasn't crazy about it when Ashcroft went to funds instead of individual deals, and the fact that they concentrated AVAF2 in one area (Atlanta) after I invested is exactly why, I was always looking for geographical diversification.  0% interest rates drove me to do something dumb, rather than just sitting on the proceeds from selling an apartment building I'd owned for 10 years. 

The new wholesaler, while well-intentioned, caused all of this by trying to broker a deal on the internet with no experience, by not vetting the title company to make sure they were real, by not knowing what they were doing, and by tying up that seller's property with no plan or expertise to get it sold.

Is this an internet version of a tag team?

Oh, because someone has marketed it as easy on the Internet.

It is such a large market that values can fluctuate wildly, depending on location.I would become familiar with the city, select some areas to concentrate, and learn the values of what has traded past 90-180 days, since there may not be a lot if activity.
