I think I will replace the counter sink with a vanity with sink, get rid of the medicine cabinet/mirror, with a more modern mirror, get rid of the shower pan, and replace it with something else (suggestions?)

I don't know about your level of integrity, but there are way too many PMs  that just want thier comition and fast.

I'm a step or two away from launching and I can't seem to find anything that shows me how to integrate into Pricelabs without going through BookingSync and paying a few hundred bucks for setup.

I don't know, maybe it's a crazy idea, but I think it's worth exploring.I've been tossing around the idea of creating a platform that integrates different data sources in a way that's actually user-friendly.

I think it depends on your integrations and the settings available, but 50% pro: more people can afford to book it now so possibly higher occupancy rate; con: you better make sure your systems are in place to check and double check 100% collected before check in.
