So I recently joined this site and noticed a lot of investors inquiring about contractors, which got me thinking.

I will be calling the County Trustee's office to inquire further, but if anyone has any advice or has experience with Williamson County specifically, I really could use some help.Truly, any and all information helps.

Kevin - I agree with Matt and have done something similar with asking basic questions to confirm that the inquired person meets the criteria.

@Oasis Duenas - Yes, you can always inquire with an experienced real estate agent to run a comparable analysis of the ARV under the assumption that they may list it once you are completed with the flip.You can also do it yourself. 

Firstly, inquire about upfront fees, as reputable lenders typically do not charge them, and collects all fee's at closing.

Some are calling just to inquire, but definitely an increased number of wholesalers preparing for the change.
