Consider my own situation: should my mom take in a roommate to help manage costs in her big house?

Situation: Years ago the owner of a property worth $1M and an elderly property owner placed a REVERSE MORTGAGE on their property which when funded allowed her to stay in her home and receive distributions from the lender up to a MAXIMUM sum of $700K. 

Just thought I'd jump in here and let everybody know he's real and legit he has a proven track record and if you're smart enough to use a public record search then you will be able a verify this fact for yourself. 

However, before i get too far in here.. i want to know what i am missing. 

Multiple offers over $700k when I listed it for rent as well.I’ll reach out to her, thanks for pointing me in her direction.

What obstacles have you come across specifically that has proven to be strenuous for your scenarios?

My Wife has not paid for marketing in years and years.. and two years ago she was number one agent in her 600 person brokerage NUMERO UNO !!!..

There could be some important items in here if you are just starting out but it might get confusing in a hurry.

I originally purchased this house to be nearby my grandmother in her last few years but realized quickly that it was a prime area for short term rentals as there are no zoning rules or permits necessary etc.
