There was an STR boom when many people bought homes here thinking they could have passive income, but that is not the case here as much as it is in places like Asheville (which is still seasonal, but not as much).

There are people out there who just cruise to places inventing problems so they can get discounts or free vacations after threatening low ratings.

People in my area live right next to train tracks and there are loud trains shaking the place at all hours.

So I don't need to "ask people in Florida" about your theories. :)And you're entitled to your opinion. 

People who can afford a property like that will buy a home themselves instead of renting(majority of the time).

You have the same problem most people have. 

Ask multiple people on and off BP (preferably people who are no biased). 

In order for people to own a house and have a family they need to make six figures. 

There is likely more as this is just a few of the people who know about the group through word-of-mouth.I'm making this post to hopefully get it seen when people search his name, so they avoid working with him and getting scammed too.
