Hey everyone, I just finished developing a detailed guide on how to read and dispute appraisal reports effectively, and honestly, I’m amazed at how often small errors can significantly undervalue a property.

I have heard vented units don't dry as effectively but haven't heard any complaints from my tenants and believe the technology continues to improve.

The market has been incredibly robust the last few years and I don't see that changing anytime soon especially as mortgage rates continue to decrease.

The course is also incredible. 

These are two entirely different worlds that need two completely different skill sets to effectively manage.
