For improvements to our process, I’ll say yes to all showings and update and reduce the # photos. 

I don't know your skin thickness but know I do it with love and care for your improvement, there is no insult meant by any of it but fact is we all gotta suck, learn and try again before we get great, right. 

I have enjoyed it so far- it has helped us improve our email automations, lead magnets, and my investor on-boarding process.

Then this past February the company said that the new improved share price would not be disclosed until further notice and that redemptions would not be available until next year.

This PM company is clearly out of their depth even though they told me last month that they had hired more staff and were making improvements to their processes.

For multifamily deals, positive cash flow often comes from finding under-market rents where you can add value through light improvements or operational efficiencies.

It is my belief your current situation is not a bad position (it is a goid position that will improve with time).
