In the third month we had to do some maintenance at the property that required us to use a little bit of water to hose something off the fence.  

They have a hydraulic jack and will jack up the house and put concrete piers that will help maintain it level.  

You really got hosed on that "upgrade".

So now you have to compete with hose for rentals...Again i think you find one that at least has recent up dates to some of the big stuff like roof furnace etc... you go in and clean it up new pain some updated fixtures etc... and be picky with who you rent to... many times the girls are better but in reality not always... plenty of party girls who like to keep a messy filthy house.

For the purpose of, if they screw me I can punch them in the hose?

Brush the dust off, spray with 100% ammonia and rinse with a hose, air dry.
