In the metro-G.R. area where this is, I am, it is difficult to purchase anything that cash flows to rent otherwise, and it is a very hot market yet. 

Also Park City is hot right now, Amazon is building a facility there.  

The mayor has been hot on out of state investors and poor property managers since his campaign.
