Love Jersey City, Hoboken, The Heights; gorgeous areas!

Potential to add as much as 7,200 sq ft from adjoining vacant property, but have not spoken with owner.Will be meeting with the planning department to discuss further considerations, such as height restrictions, etc., as well as types of businesses they're hoping to see more or less of.

What you do think about Shaker Heights though?

Acres Homes, Independence Heights, East River and Sunnyside all have a concentration of new duplexes. 

Is this area and the surrounding areas good for investment?  

Pendleton Heights is another option that is alittle closer to Crossroads/Downtown KC. 64109, 64110, 64111, 64114, 64124 are a few of the zipcodes

I'm invested primarily in the heights & airline heights(e&w of 45), a little in midtown, little in acres homes, and a little in the camp logan area.

If its just a shower stall we have gone with curtains on the smaller 3-4ft access installs, but again with kids & the new lower base heights you're going to have spillage so the flooring better be resilient to such a deluge.

Have an SFR in Euclid and another in Garfield Heights and will be needing cleaning for MTR’s.Thanks!
