I have a dilemma with a tenant.  

Hi AllI'm on my neighborhood association's problem properties community and we are tracking a large property in Kansas City, owned and managed by an out-of-state investor, who is delinquent on taxes and has multiple housing and health code violations.

I guess my main dilemma is taking out more money against the house that I’m currently in a good situation with to put that equity to work VS. not tapping that equity and moving forward with a conventional loan on another property in a “safer play”.

Zoning make sure its zoned  then health department for waste disposal.

He then drew up a site plan, the county health department perc'ed it themselves, and now we're just kind of waiting for me to get the financing the finish the job here.
