My dad being a hustler that he was did more than landscaping, he started to do demo and hauling.

But my take has always been that I'm in the for the long haul and appreciation will be my biggest gain.

I'm toying with the idea of doing the fixes/upgrades and sell it in the spring to find a multi-family to live in while renting out the other units. 

I swear the last container that was hauled away had more people's trash then our trash from the rehab.

You can pay me for my time and I will haul it to the recycling center.  

But to  haul the carpet away I hired a person by word of mouth and this person dumped the carpet in an empty lot.
