Is there any site, company person I can pay to analyze a game property from a property management company?

If the company would not write this policy this way, you may have an issue at claim time. 

Keep in mind I started funding TK providers in 2002 and have done over 4000 of those deals for those companies over the years so pretty familiar with the model.Also keep in mind many investors simply wont partner with anyone they want total control..

If I see a property on the MLS and I want to offer seller financing (or use creative financing strategies to fund the deal), do listing agents quickly disregard these offers?

Theoretically, I should be able to collect the funds from the deal, should my family member decide to go through with the deal.

I've done these for 5 years now and the fund gets audited every time - knock on wood the outcomes continue to be favorable.

I'm interested in hearing experiences on what companies or custodians work best, what pitfalls to watch out for, and any red flags during the process.

If you’re just looking for money to fund deals and you’re thinking the source could be IRA money then it shouldn’t make too much a difference to you whether the investor uses their personal funds or IRA funds.
