I used a similar opening script when I had a contracting franchise business years ago.

I have a buddy who did a D bat franchise a few years ago. 

As long as you use it for your businessalso heavy equipment  like a back hoe dump truck  loader etc.. invest in a business that needs these things.. like I am looking a PODS franchise you have to buy 500k worth of pods that would be a write off. 

Your best bet would probably be to contact a small mom-and-pop brokerage, not a franchise.

I want to flip houses and may even go with franchise to do that. 

Wherever you form it you will very likely be paying the California franchise tax minimum of $800 for each LLC.

Also, I was thinking about going with a big franchise agency, any thoughts on that?
