There may be some small electrical adjustments in the kitchen so I would like need a permit for moving some outlets around once the wall comes out. 

I am curious if anyone has a first-hand working with a wholeselling company called Wholesale Dispo Outlet! 

I've done light rehabs on them (flooring, paint, light fixtures, outlets, etc.). 

The delayed move-in gives us a few more days to wrap things up, including hang blinds and change outlets and switches.  

It goes to all the major outlets automatically whenever we have a vacant property.

@Enrique Saucedo, I did a substantial amount of remodeling on all of the units.The first 7 units, in Mountain View had essentially the same level of work: New flooring, new oak kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new toilets, new tile, grounding of electrical outlets, sheet rock, paint, new fixtures.

In Texas AT LEAST you need to have GFCI outlets on all kitchen counter surfaces, outside, garage, bathrooms etc. this home had the outside ones since the pool was relatively new and the outlets were put in when the pool was put in.

I've bought some pretty fancy dinners this way in the past.Either leave some temporary outlets, or get a temporary power pole if it's going to be a long-term job.

This includes Katy, Tomball, Spring and the Woodlands.Are there any known-to-be-free advertising outlets you could suggest?

Sears has a outlet with deeply discounted appliances that have a scratch and set in a place you cannot see.
