The real estate market has shifted dramatically in recent years rising interest rates, evolving buyer and seller expectations, and fluctuating property values are keeping all of us on our toes.

Getting into real estate doesn’t have to mean having millions in the bank.

It’s mobile home parks and parking lots so it’s not a quick flipping syndication or anything like that.  

I am currently studying to get my real estate license in the state of PA and plan on buying my first investment property in the next couple months.

I've also heard about rolling over some money into a self directed IRA to invest in real estate, but that doesn't really solve my problem. 

I am considering buy a home to flip.

You know those signs that say "we buy houses for cash" call them and say you are investor looking to buy a flip.
