Mid May I finished a rehab.  

Just finished redecorating my condo in CR.

The property was listed on the MLS in 2019 for rent for $1850/m and the finished product seems match up with the in progress work that was being completed in the video so it does appear to be a 5 year old video rather than a repeat renovation but could be wrong.

The 1st job Id expect 2 guys to finish it in one day, so 16-18 man hours...so I wouldnt say their time billing is drastically high, but a a moderate amount.

At this point, instead of continuing to pay the interest loan payments on properties that we will never be able to financially finish since the rehab loans will not cover the actual cost of the rehab, I wanted to know the ramifications of returning the properties to the loan servicer, deed in lieu.

The last 1/3 is broken down as we finish up . 

When the remodel is finished I hope to already have some early appreciation on the property.

Finished basement with an added bedroom and enclosed laundry area.

I’ve recently finished reading J Scott’s “The Book On Flipping Houses” and found it to be extremely helpful in understanding most aspects of a fix and flip project.

I've got plenty of room to build out a nice place with all the finishes.
