If you're looking in your market I'd network with other investors ate meetups etc and see how they're finding them.

The guy that did mine said hes treated buildings that were absolutely ate up but the next building 4 feet away hasn't been touched.

Not really sure where your looking at your prices but from my research looks like 3beds ate down 6% and 4beds are up 1% from exactly a year ago so prices arnt on the rise yet maybe a small increase from a few months ago I find pricing in the winter months dips a bit as well but selection is quite low.

Then create your own pro-forma and this serves your case if it is a good deal or not.Study your market down to a tee.

I would take that deal anytime , are you sure there ate no repairs ?

Estimated costs to build the home ate about 850000+ for a high end home at 5500 sqftAlso I'm selling the contract at 750,000 if anyone is interested.

It will go away, but only after the loan amount is paid down.But I really wanted the cake after I ate it! 

Those cost at e much higher then windows.
