It used to be the beer was used to sell food but now the food operation just gets in the way with the explosion of microbrews across the US.As for how to value this business the build-out seems very nice but without an existing restaurant operation I am not sure how you would be able to properly value.

Everyone would say Dover is seacoast; people will soon be including Somersworth and Rochester in that distinction, where before people might be more willing to put them as part of the Lakes, as the explosion of the seacoasts values continue to push average people further and further north and west.

There's also an explosion of condo buildings that have gone up in the last couple of years.Personally it doesn't seem worth it to tear down and build in the city of Milwaukee.
