HP Varian started up and the whole computer tech industry just exploded the next 40 years. add on to that Intel Apple Google facebook etc etc.  

I did that for several years and my cashflow is exploding month by month at this point.Please understand, I do not claim to know everything nor is this the only way that it can be done, but it is the way that I did it and still do it.

The tenants stay almost forever which keeps turns and headaches down.There are some markets in the U.S where the market is exploding with rent increases but it's rare and not the norm.

I want to create a 'scalable' business model, then explode that...

And its not a surprise that public 'residential REIT type' companies didn't explode on wall street.

There are many ways that investors will capitalize on this market shift, but I think there are huge gains left to be made on the commercial side, especially in those markets that exploded in the last 2 years.

Anyway, I own a couple of low-end properties but now I want to wake up and blossom and explode (in a good sense, of course).I've played 'stalker' to the real estate business: been to sheriff's R.E.
