I am excited to introduce myself as I continue to learn about the world of real estate investing. 

I remember being excited to refinance at 5%.  9% was good rate and plenty of loans were 12% or more.

Southwest Florida is definitely an exciting (but competitive) market, so props to you for diving in!

I was just thinking today there was all this excitement about VA loan assumptions there for a while when interest rates started going up. 

Not many people are excited to see long-time solid neighbors leave and have them replaced by a short-term rental. 

Thus, heis pretty excited and it has stuck in his head.

Currently, we are targeting multifamily properties of 100+ units, and have been actively engaging with various owners and brokers, submitting Letters of Intent (LOIs) and working to secure deals.While some may consider our approach bold for new investors, we are confident that, with the right team and expertise, we can succeed in achieving our objectives.I’m excited to be part of this community and look forward to learning from your collective experience.
