I understand others believe go big go early and that is fine, that’s their opinion.I may be a little slower than most but I am now transitioning my single family rental portfolio into larger multifamily properties both as an LP and GP.There is good rationale and logic behind the thesis multi family properties are the way to go - to scale up and accelerate one’s path towards financial freedom.Good luck with your investor evolution!
