Before going to view the property, I at times have the offers prepared already just in case buyer wants to make an offer, this way if they're going to submit an offer I just send them the Dotloop contract to be signed electronically right then and there.

I'm saying that as a customer I prefer to sign in on paper since it's faster (though, maybe what I want doesn't matter, cause I'm going to go to your open house regardless of whether you use paper or an ipad) Is the only reason you guys use electronic sign in sheets to get the digital information?

We also keep a copy of the lease agreement on Cozy so both myself and the tenant have an electronic signed copy of the lease.
