Your only other avenue is to sue for ejectment, get an ejectment order, and when the vehicles have not been removed, have them towed off.

If I was out there I would move in with the son or rent out my "alleged" fractional interest for supercheap :) Which is whatever my title policy shows (unless its not in my favor).Review the eviction paperwork and your title report / policy (re-file the eviction again (perhaps an ejectment is needed??

In the lease I use I have a Partial Rent Payment clause:  "It is agreed that the acceptance by the landlord of less than the full amount of rent due and owing shall not serve to prevent the Landlord from filing a summary ejection for any balance still due and owing."

Such as here in Georgia, you can 1) go for the foreclosure, 2) sue on the contract, 3) rescind the contract and bring ejectment, or 4) rescind the contract, re-enter and re-possess, with three and four depending on whether the property is occupied or not.It wouldn't surprise me if I was overlooking something blatantly obvious at this point, so feel free to wave the answer in my face if that's the case.
