I am in Glen Carbon, IL, so a trip to West County is not too bad, but after dinner with drinks, I fear the drive.

You paid (probably) $197 to "drink from a firehose" for three fairly grueling 9 hour days.

I learned quite a bit about specialized entities from a meetup, and I got to drink beer at the same time!

I haven't had much luck with the Meetups, as most are either pitchfests or drinking buddies.Welcome to BP.... here and AZREIA are probably your best bets for now, plenty of education to be found between these two, with networking here and through your other options once you have some wind in your sails.

I'm also open to helping someone  do some work on a house you're flipping so l can learn more about real estate and come along for deals we can also discuss business over a drink.

At the end of the first day session we had happy hour and everybody had a chance to mingle and drink and just enjoy a relaxing environment.
