What I was responding to was the idea that medical care should somehow only be reserved for those who don't do stupid things and medical professionals should be allowed to dispense life or death according to some ambiguous and completely unenforceable standard.I'll wager that every single person on this board has done multiple stupid things in their lives, including you. 

And then there's the drain required--I guess my preferred location (in the kitchen, next to the fridge) might be tricky from a code perspective.Hopefully, things will get clarified within a few days, but right now it's a bit open-ended.Things would be really easy if I just dispensed with the w/d, but I figure that would be a deal-breaker for the kind of tenants I'm targeting.Thanks.

It's pretty awesome, but it's still not a free money dispenser.

Looks like a lot of info out there at you dispense.

For example, we have a commercial grade washer and dryer, paper towel dispensers, toilets, etc.

Also, receiving a massive sum of money to dispense at your pleasing reveals the futility of materialism.

So, these REIAs dispense information and knowledge in exchange for money.  

And yes, when one is on W2, one expects to be taken care of (according to Rich Dad) and someone controls your destiny, I know I am dispensable.
