It's typically in markets with a lot of new supply in the pipeline where there is the most risk of a disconnect between job and rent growth.There are a lot of resources to find the data on these indicators online. 

The burglars were pros and knew that the system needs a few minutes to upload the pictures and they disconnected the cellar signal before the images could upload and stole the panel which stores the shots so we can't see who it was.

So there is a disconnect between what they are seeing from the listing to what they see in person.

Hey BP Members - I've been analyzing a lot of apartment and multi-family deals and I have started to notice that the biggest disconnect I have with my numbers vs. what is shared with me from current owners is their insurance on the properties.

You probably don't want an applicant that has their credit report showing numerous changes in phone service, because they get the phone disconnected and then you will be unable to contact them.That's just some stuff that you can do with a credit report.

All the phone numbers are disconnected and there are no relatives.  

Just curious why you don't disconnect the utilities for failure to pay (similar to what the utility company would do). 

We recently remodeled and had the old gas wall heater in the bathroom disconnected.  

A job of this sort would require pulling a permit involving FPL (power and light company) to disconnect the main feed.

Furthermore the disconnect between WCAP, the marketing company, and SEED, the consultants, makes it difficult to get a resolution from either company because each blames the other.Happened to me.
