It's in a newly developing area with houses being built and other lots selling nearby.

I can also see the ends of the Commuter Rail lines being good too...like Haverhill for instance  The Salem/Beverly area is great and pretty pro-development/housing from what I'm hearing.

Many Texas cities are incentivizing developers to build affordable housing units, but challenges remain around keeping these homes accessible long-term.

I don't have personal experience with it, but when the app was first developed, I contacted the developer and put the app through a fairly robust test usage to see if it's something I would want to recommend to my clients (I'm a CPA).I think the app is great for its intended purpose and I do recommend it to my clients now (and have for about 18 months now). 

There are many new developments going up but traffic in some areas are horrific, especially at peak. 

Hopefully it'll be lower, but that where's my urban developers in a few other markets are seeing their numbers come in.

That + reading Start with Strategy and filling out the accompanying workbook to help me actually visualize and write down my goals with a plan has really helped me a lot! 

Glad you reposted this questions as many people have said in the past- Follow the train stations- Green and Pink lines are still good for developement.
