My own conclusion is that the Bible does not prohibit debt, but never describes it as positive nor depicts it as God’s way of providing (described as a curse in Deuteronomy and bondage in Proverbs).I attempt to do life (which includes business) in the manner in which I believe God has promised to bless, and have never been disappointed.Congratulations to you guys becoming debt free!

Desperate efforts to depict all the prosperity and progress in the U.S. as being monopolized by "the rich" have led to statistical mumbo jumbo, such as comparing the changing ratios between statistical categories over time and ignoring the fact that most people move from one category to another over the years.Studies that follow individuals over time show the exact opposite.

I can glean some of the reality for single family options off of the various real estate sites, but active multi family options off of loop.net, etc, I am not sure if they are representative or just depict the "leftovers" etc, assuming that there is a lot of properties that never hit that level of listing.All insight appreciated!
