I checked on it and what they made legal was the sale of the "depiction" of these things - not the act itself.

I can glean some of the reality for single family options off of the various real estate sites, but active multi family options off of loop.net, etc, I am not sure if they are representative or just depict the "leftovers" etc, assuming that there is a lot of properties that never hit that level of listing.All insight appreciated! 

I have a member manual, 1990-2009 copyright, that explains cash flow as being money left after PITI, its depicted on page 6.

So it depicts an outstanding return. 

The Trulia crime map was very accurate for Milwaukee in my opinion---it really depicted pockets well.

We saw this depicted in The Big Short, where the mortgage guys talked about how they wanted people with crappy credit, lower down payments, etc, because they could beat them up for those factors and give them garbage mortgages.So, as a consequence, now we get paid the same regardless of how much we bust our butts to give you a better deal.

To my knowledge it is supposed to be an accurate depiction of the MLS, but any opinions would be appreciated.Disclaimer: I am not using Redfin to purchase a property, but to look at markets I'm not in yet.

These number don't really tell an accurate depiction which is why it's imperative that you understand the area you are in.

However, I don't think it accurately depicts a true and successful wholesaler running a legitimate business.

I've used City-Data forums also I use crime maps sometimes but i feel that it's not very accurate in depicting thingsIs there a aggregated site that pulls census data/ real estate sales etc and has a lot of analytics for searching markets?
