See if you see the old work account and delete it.The HELP files are pretty good in Outlook so might take a peak at that.

I got more knowledge reading posts on this site in a few hours than in weeks from so called mentors i have been coming across.My 1st post was deleted, seems i was reading all the information from members and failed to read i had to post 5-10 times before could play in the more specific areas.

I think my reply got deleted or never postedShawn, I do get some resistance on the "until paid in full" and I know its not for every seller, but if they are open to seller financing, the until paid in full is less of a hurdle when you start negotiating back and forth.

Laurel, First off, your numbers are way off, if you marketed to me I would delete as I do to all the others I get like it.

I recentl read a reply from him that while he was given one of his well thought out, and written replies, he warned potential abusers that their "posts would be deleted WITHOUT NOTICE!"

I had around 32 or 33 at one point and deleting the invites killed all of mine.

I tried to delete the double post - sorry.I had another story or two.

I am sure a moderator will delete if necessary :)
