I just recently found another lender, CV3 Financial Services, who will go as low as $75k on DSCR.

I know of several excellent property managers in the North Alabama area that would service the Harvest area, including several that I've never worked with personally, but have a good rep in the area. 

That affects businesses and services relying on the current paradigm.

I know out here on the West coast with our digitalized title plants that each title company has it would be a matter of a few clicks for customer service department to transmit a copy of the mortgage to me..

Yes we avoid custom work to help keep cost down. 

I don't use their service.

A good attorney, RMLO, and servicing company play a big part of this. .

These give bathrooms that extra-custom touch.
