Could I craft an offer before the hearing that has a very liberal backup option for me?

I was able to ask my long list of Bigger Pockets crafted interview questions and he answered them all to satisfaction without hesitation or objection.

You can’t craft an offer that solves their problems - one they’re likely to accept - until you understand the problems they’re trying to solve. 

It will take time to learn your craft-> learn your market -> establish credibility within that market-> build a client list -> close deals.

Family week, pilots week, Halloween, New Years, Holly Folly and Memorial Day are also big weeks/weekends and you should charge more.

If my memory serves me correctly, you joined in October and had already quit by early February.

So this takes me down memory lane. 

My wife works with a lot of investors as an agent (Florida), but she's personally built or flipped scores of homes, she has a construction background with an actual degree in the field, and she's spent years honing her craft.
