There is also a smaller separated cottage house (1/1) in the back of the property.The public records classify the third room of the main house as storage and the back cottage as enclosure with plumbing.

I bought a property last December that is unique in that it has a rentable cottage, basement apartment, and 6,000 ft 6 stall horse arena (all despite being a "single-family" residence).

I've begun earnest research in how to screen better residential tenants, and attracting commercial tenants, which is a fair bit trickier.I also own and rent out a cottage with horse pasture acreage, although I'm mulling over offering it as a lease option agreement.
