My long-term goal to continue aquiring properties.

Hey everybody We own 8 rentals in Philly, we are looking to pull some cash out or get a HELOC in order to continue scaling.

Dave Ramsey of course believes in having zero debt, but the money you are borrowing was fairly cheap so why not continue to leverage it?

-We have experienced continued progress in the last couple weeks through our compaction tests.  

I tried to provide constructive feedback on why it was not worth continuing with RentRedi and all the sudden I couldn't type anymore (it was about 3-4 sentences I got cut off). 

It has provided no estimate of when distributions will be resumed.Nonetheless, it continues its barrage of self-promotion and continues to project large profits on current offerings.The proof is in the pudding.

You will get great information continuing to be curious and ask questions while being involved!

Talk to a CPA to see how each scenario plays out.A 401K continues to grow in value, but what do you live on? 

This is not as passive as other investing but it will help launch your portfolio so that you can continue to invest without needing to work additional jobs.

I also continue to invest in various securities and real estate funds.
