we are putting up a pretty robust one so we can add a lot of content to it ..

Fannie Mae has a robust one available :)

I have robust liability limits and a PUP.

First American title has this product.. however for bidding on foreclosures i dont think it robust enough.. 

I like texas (robust economy, CA & northeast transplants fleeing high taxes, no state tax, pro landlord)..however i hear dallas, austin, san antonio, and other parts are not cheap per se anymore (same with florida).  

Agree with Charlie on short term in Boston - new regs make that less feasible in Boston proper - but I work with folks who have robust portfolios of short term rentals in Malden and Chelsea, with the transit access of Boston but fewer limitations.

YUP  I could have flipped this plat to DR for a quick 1 mil profit but we decided to build it out and that brought us an additional million plus in profit .. of course you have risk reward.. flipping to DR takes all the risk out.. but we were and are confident in this market and price points.. the over million market is slowing a lot of PDX or taking a breather as I like to say.. but the 350 to 500k is still robust and that's where we play

It is not as robust as I would like it to be, but I buy a property each time I PCS, so it is growing.
