I've got an architect working on the drawings currently and meeting with the zoning committee due to the variances that will need to take place.

I heard it passed and became effective in April and they are putting a committee together to actively enforce it & begin persecuting in June.

Before asking anything from them, I volunteered to help them with their organization (no one wanted to step up and be on their committees - that's where they needed help - not with their properties.

Call the Economic Development committee and you can gain more insight with respect to what I just mentioned and the zip codes that would be in your best interest to stay clear of.  

Therefore, committees have to be formed, studies performed, hearings held, votes taken.  

The "College Hill" citizens committee have been "successful" in "officially" precluding further density in the neighbourhood immediately adjacent to the university campuses.

you can have better luck with credit committee at credit unions if other fundamentals are sound.
