I know the basics of house flipping already and I flip in the Bay Area.Please don't comment here and say that coaches and etc are scams. 

Besides being surprised that the numbers were not better, he had no other comment (he found zero issues).thanks I just asked because I was hunting for a cabin just north of Tahoe but have not checked insurance yet

The meeting minutes and agendas are public record but unless you attend every meeting and hear all the public comments it's very hard to actually follow along.

Just a small update, I've gotten some great feedback from you all, gotten some bluntness, I've gotten some positive comments, and I've gotten some negative comments.I've taken everyones advice and went gungho.
