When I coach I always preach "You need to have an Escape Plan for your money." 

For example, John down the street bought that house for X and put in 30K, and then sold it for X.

I know that @John Underwood for example provides TV in addition to streaming at some of his places.

But most likely you are going to have to find something else.What @John Underwood was getting at is that co-hosts or other managing people are very close to the property to handle all the issues.Also...
