I also buy cases of wine and leave them in the linen closet, my housekeepers set out a bottle with my business card for guests checking in.

@Ethan Bowdoin you got it backwards my friend wholesaling is about using others peoples money to buy the property , the other person that you should view is type in the clever investor Cody Sperber he also breaks wholesaling down for you step by step look about 10 videos first on wholesaling with those two you tubers first before you do anything look at the steps and follow through with them it looks like you have some knowledge these guys will help you put it together 

This may be possible and, if so, is a complicated yet clever way to avoid taxes.
